This privacy policy describes how HIGOAL (“HIGOAL-Group”, “us” or “we”) protects your (“you”, “the user”)

privacy and your data. Before using any of our Google Action (“our Action”),

please read this policy and Privacy Policies by Google Services LLC (with its affiliates, “Google”).

Regarding Google, “OK Google” means their Google assistant Voice Service which includes third party services (like our higoal service)

and other related Software.

If you use one of our HIGOAL service, you fully agree to this privacy policy.

When you use our HIGOAL service to talk to Google assistant, the voice input is sent to Google and our team where we use it to understand how our HIGOAL service will benefit you. This is absolutely necessary for our service to give you an appropriate answer.

Data

We never collect or share personal data with our HIGOAL service.

To improve our services we analyze automatically how often utterances are spoken and other analytics.

This is done automatically by Google in the Google Developer Portal.

Our HIGOAL service do not save any data in our database.

Changes

Our HIGOAL service or parts of it may change or be updated at any time. Further, this Privacy Policy might change.

You can find a link to this policy on the description page of the HIGOAL service in the Google App or in the Google Store.

Your continued use of our HIGOAL service after changes of the Privacy Policy or the HIGOAL service itself will be seen as your acceptance of both.
